      Mr. Takuya Hirano will share lessons learnt from the earthquake in Japan:

      ? Emergency procedures in place – what worked and what did not; the biggest challenges – office, colleagues, home, family, friends

      ? What needs to be changed, etc.

      ? Aftermath – what happened; biggest challenges; how IT helped the country;

      OSAC members will hear first-hand information on what happened within Microsoft Japan offices and acquire knowledge on lessens learned during the dramatic hours during and after the 2011 T?hoku earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster.
